Broiled Peanut Butter Icing
Mom (Grandma Jinny) used to make this icing quite a bit when i was a kid. I remember, in particular, having cake with this icing on it in my brown bag lunch that she packed for us when we went to the day camp at Creve Coeur park.

Best served warm on white cake.
Ingredients:
⅓ cup Butter ⅓ cup light Cream or Evaporated Milk
⅓ cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup chopped PeaNuts
Method: Combine the Butter, Brown Sugar. Peanut Butter and Cream in a medium mixer bowl.
Mix well until smooth consistency.
Stir in the chopped PeaNuts.
spread on 9x12 sheet cake.
brOil slowly until entire surface is golden or rich brown.
