Fudge
Ingredients: |
1 jar Marshmallow Cream |
18 oz. Chocolate Chips |
1 tsp. Vanilla |
1 can Evaporated Milk |
4½ cups Sugar |
½ lb. (2 sticks) Butter |
dash Salt |
Method: Mix Marshmallow Cream, Chocolate Chips and Vanilla in a large bowl.
in a medium saucepan combine Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Butter and Salt.
stir constantly over medium heat until it reached=s the soft ball stage.
remove from stove, and pour immediately over the Marshmallow mixture.
beat until thoroughly blended.
pour into dish or pan and allow to set.
