Peanut Butter Fingers
Setup: Preheat oven to 350°.
Ingredients: |
½ cup (1 stick) Butter |
½ cup Sugar |
½ cup Brown Sugar |
1 Egg |
⅓ cup Peanut Butter |
½ tsp. Baking Soda |
¼ tsp. Salt |
½ tsp. Vanilla |
1 cup Flour |
1 cup oats |
1 cup Chocolate Chips |
½ cup Powdered Sugar |
¼ cup Peanut Butter |
2-4 tsp. Evaporated Milk |
Method: Cream together Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Egg, ⅓ cup Peanut Butter, Baking Soda, Salt and Vanilla.
stir in Flour and oats.
spread into 13x9 inch baking pan.
bake 25 minutes.
sprinkle Chocolate Chips on top and spread when melted.
combine Powdered Sugar and ¼ cup Peanut Butter with Evaporated Milk. mix well and drizzle over Cookies.
cut into squares.
