Fry Rub for Beef
5 Tbsp. of dry rub, enough for a 10 lb. roast.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. ground black Pepper 2 tsp. dried Rosemary Leaves
2 tsp. dried Thyme or Oregano 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder 1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Cayenne
Method: Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
sprinkle liberally on steaks or roasts
