Fry Rub for Beef
Ingredients: |
2 Tbsp. ground black Pepper |
2 tsp. dried Rosemary Leaves |
2 tsp. dried Thyme or Oregano |
1 tsp. Garlic Powder |
1 tsp. Onion Powder |
1 tsp. Paprika |
½ tsp. Cayenne |
Method: Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
sprinkle liberally on steaks or roasts
