Greek Stew

Ingredients:
3 lb. stew meat ½ cup Butter
2 ½ lb. Onions 1 can Tomato Paste
⅓ cup Red Wine 1 clove Garlic
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 Bay Leaf
1 cinnamon stick ½ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. Raisins 1Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
Method: Melt Butter in dutch oven.
add stew meat and cover with Butter until just warm.
don't brown.
lower heat.
add remaining ingredients.
cover.
simmer for three hours.
do not stir.
