Texas Cake

This is a rich and very moist sheet cake. Two other recipes are derivatives of this cake: which is a toffee rather than chocolate version, and White Texas Cake.

Setup: Preheat oven to 350°

Ingredients:
2 cups Flour	2 cups Sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) Butter	4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup Water	½ cup ButterMilk
1½ teaspoon Baking Soda	½ teaspoon Salt

Method: In a medium saucepan over medium heat bring the Butter, cocoa, and Water to a bOil.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. and beat well. You will be tempted to eat some of this batter. Go ahead. It's delicious.
Grease a jelly roll pan and pour in the batter.
Bake 2-0 minutes at 350°.
