Texas Cake Icing
Icing for Texas Cake
Setup: Begin this recipe about 5 minutes before Texas Cake is done baking.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. cocoa 1 stick (½ cup) Butter or Margarine
6 Tbsp. ButterMilk 1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 cup chopped Pecans 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Method: In medium saucepan cook cocoa, Butter and ButterMilk over low flame.
bOil 3 minutes.
add Powdered Sugar, Nuts, and Vanilla.
immediately spread over warm texas cake just out of the oven.
