Brownsville Cake Icing
Use with Brownsville Cake

| 1 stick (½ cup) Butter or Margarine | 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch |
| 6 Tbsp. ButterMilk | 1 lb. Powdered Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon Vanilla | 1 cup chopped Pecans |
Method: In a sauce pan, bring to bOil the Butter, Cornstarch and ButterMilk.
Stir in Powdered Sugar, Vanilla and Pecans.
Pour over warm Brownsville Cake.
