Dutch Baby Panckes
Setup: Preheat oven to 400°.
Place a large non-stick oven-proof pan in the oven.
Ingredients: |
3 Tbsp. Butter |
3 Eggs |
¾ cup Flour |
¾ cup Milk |
2 Tbsp Sugar |
2 tsp. Vanilla |
½ tsp. Salt |
Method: In a large bowl or blender combine all the ingredients except the Butter, using a blender, mixer or whisk.
Put Butter in frying pan to melt.
When melted pour enough batter into pan to completely cover the bottom.
Return the pan to oven and let bake for 15-20 minutes, until top is golden and edges are brown.
