Waffle Cones (Gaufrettes)
Ingredients: |
2 Egg Whites |
¼ cup (½ stick) Butter |
¾ cup Powdered Sugar |
⅛ teaspoon Salt |
¼ teaspoon Vanilla |
½ cup Flour |
Method: Melt Butter and set aside to cool.
Beat Egg Whites until stiff.
Add Salt, vanillla and Powdered Sugar to Egg Whites.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in Flour until well mixed.
Fold in melted Butter until well mixed.
Use 1 heaping Tbsp. on hot waffle iron.
