Frosting for Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Roll
This is the official chocolate frosting for mom's (Grandma Jinny's) chocolate cake roll. Not sure i recommend it, though, since it contains coffee.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Butter ¼ cup cocoa
3 Tbsp. hot Coffee 1½ cup Powdered Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla
